Our General Practice Nurses plays a vital role in delivering quality healthcare and supporting patients throughout their health journey.

Working alongside our doctors, the nurses provides a wide range of clinical services including: wound care, immunisations, employment medicals and assessments, audiometry, spirometry, ECG, ear syringe, holter monitoring, INR testing, iron infusions, pap spears, venesections and patient education.

With a focus on preventative health and compassionate care, our nurses help ensure every patient receives the attention, guidance and support that they need to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Health Assessment and Care Plan Nurses

Our Health Assessment and Care Plan Nurses work closely with patients and their doctors to support proactive and personalised health care. 

Through comprehensive health assessments, our nurses help identify risk factors, manage chronic conditions and promote overall wellbeing. 

As part of this service, the nurse develops individualised care plans designed to support patients in managing long-term health needs, co-ordinating care with doctors, specialists and allied health professionals.

Kate is our longest servicing practice nurse, with a wealth of experience. Kate's devotion to Seaport Medical Centre and our patients is valued by all who meet her. Her role as clinical co-ordinator supports the clinic development in nursing services provided to our patients.
